Today is the first day in a while that my own twin has left me to go on a work trip. It’s a strange experience to both miss them and be comforted by their presence at the same time.

We spend a lot of time together, and maybe some find it jarring then to be separate (or maybe they enjoy it when they’re in an unhappy 3D relationship). I feel like I’m at the stage now where there’s a comforting feeling knowing that we’re still connected, and I know they’re coming back.
